Kartınızın imajını internetten gönderin

USB belleği, hafıza kartını ya da video kamerayı bilgisayara harici bir disk gibi bağlayın. Program imajını internet üzerinden laboratuvarımıza gönderir. İşlem üç cihaz için de aynıdır. Cihazınız sizde kalır. Üzerine hiçbir şey yazılmaz, yalnızca okunur.

Size bir kod veriyoruz. Program bu kodla çalışır.

3. Programı çalıştırın

  1. USB belleği, hafıza kartını ya da video kamerayı bilgisayara harici bir disk gibi bağlayın: USB belleği USB girişine, kartı kart okuyucuya takın, kamerayı USB kablosuyla bağlayın. Üzerine dosya kopyalamayın, biçimlendirme önerilirse kabul etmeyin. USB bellek, hafıza kartı ve kamera listede görünmezse laboratuvarımıza getirin.
  2. İndirdiğiniz VideoVeriKurtarma.exe dosyasını açın. Windows yönetici izni ister: "Evet" deyin (cihazı doğrudan okumak için gerekir). "Windows bilgisayarınızı korudu" uyarısı çıkarsa "Ek bilgi" → "Yine de çalıştır".
  3. Laboratuvarın verdiği kodu yazın (ör. 36260-K7Q4MX) ve Bağlan'a tıklayın. Sonra listeden cihazınızı seçip İmajı başlat'a tıklayın.
  4. İş bitene kadar cihazı çıkarmayın ve bilgisayarı kapatmayın. Bağlantı koparsa, cihaz çıkarsa ya da programı kapatırsanız aynı kodla yeniden başlattığınızda kaldığı yerden devam eder.

Neler gönderilir?

Yalnızca seçtiğiniz cihazın (USB bellek, hafıza kartı ya da kamera) ham içeriği ve okuma kaydı (okunamayan bölgeler, cihazın modeli ve boyutu). Bilgisayarınızdaki başka hiçbir dosya okunmaz; program bilgisayarın kendi diskini listede göstermez.

Send your card's image over the internet

Connect the USB stick, the memory card or the video camera to your computer like an external disk. The program sends its image to our lab over the internet. The steps are the same for all three. Your device stays with you. Nothing is written to it, it is only read.

3. Run the program

  1. Connect the USB stick, the memory card or the video camera to the computer like an external disk: the USB stick in a USB port, the card in a card reader, the camera with its USB cable. Do not copy anything to it; if Windows offers to format it, say no. If the USB stick, the memory card or the camera is not in the list, bring it to our lab.
  2. Open VideoVeriKurtarma.exe. Windows asks for administrator rights: say "Yes" (needed to read the device directly). If "Windows protected your PC" appears: "More info" → "Run anyway".
  3. Type the code the lab gave you (e.g. 36260-K7Q4MX) and click Connect. Then pick your device in the list and click Start imaging.
  4. Keep the device connected and the computer on until it is done. If the connection drops, the device is pulled out or the program is closed, start it again with the same code and it goes on from where it stopped.

What is sent?

Only the raw content of the device you pick (USB stick, memory card or camera) and the read record (unreadable areas, the device's model and size). No other file on your computer is read; the program does not list the computer's own disk.

3. شغّل البرنامج

  1. وصّل ذاكرة USB أو بطاقة الذاكرة أو كاميرا الفيديو بالحاسوب كأنها قرص خارجي: ذاكرة USB في منفذ USB، والبطاقة في قارئ البطاقات، والكاميرا بكابل USB الخاص بها. لا تنسخ أي شيء إليها، وإذا عرض Windows تهيئتها فارفض. إذا لم تظهر ذاكرة USB أو بطاقة الذاكرة أو الكاميرا في القائمة، فأحضرها إلى مختبرنا.
  2. افتح VideoVeriKurtarma.exe. يطلب Windows صلاحيات المسؤول: اختر "نعم" (لازمة لقراءة الجهاز مباشرة). إذا ظهرت رسالة "Windows protected your PC": "More info" ← "Run anyway".
  3. اكتب الرمز الذي أعطاك إياه المختبر (مثل 36260-K7Q4MX) وانقر على Connect. ثم اختر جهازك من القائمة وانقر على Start imaging.
  4. أبقِ الجهاز موصولًا والحاسوب يعمل حتى ينتهي. إذا انقطع الاتصال أو فُصل الجهاز أو أُغلق البرنامج، فشغّله مرة أخرى بالرمز نفسه ويتابع من حيث توقف.

ما الذي يُرسل؟

فقط المحتوى الخام للجهاز الذي تختاره (ذاكرة USB أو بطاقة الذاكرة أو الكاميرا) وسجل القراءة (المناطق غير المقروءة، وطراز الجهاز وحجمه). لا يُقرأ أي ملف آخر على حاسوبك؛ ولا يعرض البرنامج القرص الخاص بالحاسوب في القائمة.

Senden Sie das Image Ihrer Karte über das Internet

Schließen Sie den USB-Stick, die Speicherkarte oder die Videokamera wie eine externe Festplatte an den Computer an. Das Programm sendet ihr Image über das Internet an unser Labor. Die Schritte sind für alle drei gleich. Ihr Gerät bleibt bei Ihnen. Es wird nichts darauf geschrieben, es wird nur gelesen.

Wir geben Ihnen einen Code. Das Programm arbeitet mit diesem Code.

Benutzen Sie den USB-Stick, die Speicherkarte oder die Kamera nicht und speichern Sie nichts darauf. Bei einer SD-Karte schieben Sie den Schreibschutzschalter (WP) um und bewahren Sie sie auf.

2. Laden Sie das Programm herunter

3. Starten Sie das Programm

  1. Schließen Sie den USB-Stick, die Speicherkarte oder die Videokamera wie eine externe Festplatte an den Computer an: den USB-Stick an einen USB-Anschluss, die Karte in einen Kartenleser, die Kamera mit ihrem USB-Kabel. Kopieren Sie nichts darauf; wenn Windows das Formatieren anbietet, lehnen Sie ab. Wenn der USB-Stick, die Speicherkarte oder die Kamera nicht in der Liste erscheint, bringen Sie sie in unser Labor.
  2. Öffnen Sie VideoVeriKurtarma.exe. Windows fragt nach Administratorrechten: Wählen Sie „Ja“ (nötig, um das Gerät direkt zu lesen). Wenn „Der Computer wurde durch Windows geschützt“ erscheint: „Weitere Informationen“ → „Trotzdem ausführen“.
  3. Geben Sie den Code ein, den das Labor Ihnen gegeben hat (z. B. 36260-K7Q4MX), und klicken Sie auf Verbinden. Wählen Sie dann Ihr Gerät in der Liste und klicken Sie auf Image starten.
  4. Lassen Sie das Gerät angeschlossen und den Computer eingeschaltet, bis es fertig ist. Wenn die Verbindung abbricht, das Gerät abgezogen oder das Programm geschlossen wird, starten Sie es mit demselben Code neu; es macht dort weiter, wo es aufgehört hat.

Was wird gesendet?

Nur der Rohinhalt des Geräts, das Sie wählen (USB-Stick, Speicherkarte oder Kamera), und das Leseprotokoll (unlesbare Bereiche, Modell und Größe des Geräts). Keine andere Datei auf Ihrem Computer wird gelesen; das Programm zeigt die eigene Festplatte des Computers nicht an.

Envía la imagen de tu tarjeta por internet

Conecta la memoria USB, la tarjeta de memoria o la videocámara al ordenador como un disco externo. El programa envía su imagen a nuestro laboratorio por internet. Los pasos son los mismos para los tres. Tu dispositivo se queda contigo. No se escribe nada en él, solo se lee.

No uses la memoria USB, la tarjeta de memoria ni la cámara, y no guardes nada en ellas. Si usas una tarjeta SD, activa su interruptor de protección contra escritura (WP) y guárdala.

3. Ejecuta el programa

  1. Conecta la memoria USB, la tarjeta de memoria o la videocámara al ordenador como un disco externo: la memoria USB en un puerto USB, la tarjeta en un lector de tarjetas, la cámara con su cable USB. No copies nada en ella; si Windows ofrece formatearla, di que no. Si la memoria USB, la tarjeta de memoria o la cámara no aparece en la lista, tráela a nuestro laboratorio.
  2. Abre VideoVeriKurtarma.exe. Windows pide permisos de administrador: di «Sí» (hace falta para leer el dispositivo directamente). Si aparece «Windows protegió su PC»: «Más información» → «Ejecutar de todas formas».
  3. Escribe el código que te dio el laboratorio (p. ej. 36260-K7Q4MX) y haz clic en Conectar. Después elige tu dispositivo en la lista y haz clic en Iniciar imagen.
  4. Mantén el dispositivo conectado y el ordenador encendido hasta que termine. Si se corta la conexión, se desconecta el dispositivo o se cierra el programa, vuelve a iniciarlo con el mismo código y continúa donde se quedó.

¿Qué se envía?

Solo el contenido en bruto del dispositivo que elijas (memoria USB, tarjeta de memoria o cámara) y el registro de lectura (zonas ilegibles, modelo y tamaño del dispositivo). No se lee ningún otro archivo de tu ordenador; el programa no muestra el disco propio del ordenador.
