Neden olur?

• Pil kayıt sırasında bitti.
• Kart dolu ya da yavaş; makine kaydı durdurdu.
• Kart kayıt sürerken çıkarıldı ya da makine düştü.

Hemen yapın

• Makineyi kapatın ve kartı çıkarın.
• SD kart kullanıyorsanız kartı yazma korumasına (WP) alın ve saklayın.
• Dosyanın aslını sitemize yükleyin.

Örnek video

• Gerekirse aynı makineyle, aynı çözünürlük ve kare hızıyla çekilmiş kısa bir video isteriz.
• Örneğin kameradan geldiği gibi olması gerekir; dönüştürülmüş olmamalı.

Yapmayın

• Kartı makinede biçimlendirmeyin.
• Kartı kameraya geri takınca kamera onarım önerirse kabul etmeyin; bozuk dosya silinebilir. Önce kartın kopyasını alın.

Sık sorulanlar

Ses var, görüntü yok ya da tersi. Bu dosyaları da onarırız; sonuç sayfasında görüntünün ve sesin süresi ayrı yazar.

Makine yeni bir dosya açtı, eskisi kayıp. Kart üzerine yeni kayıt yapılmadıysa eski dosya hâlâ kartta olabilir; kartı laboratuvarımıza getirin.

Why?

• The battery died while recording.
• The card was full or slow; the camera stopped the recording.
• The card was taken out while recording, or the camera fell.

Do this now

• Switch the camera off and take the card out.
• If you use an SD card, set its write protection (WP) switch and keep it.
• Upload the original file to our site.

Sample video

• If needed, we ask for a short video made with the same camera, the same resolution and frame rate.
• It has to be straight from the camera, not converted.

Do not

• Do not format the card in the camera.
• If the camera offers a repair when the card goes back in, say no; the broken file can be deleted. Copy the card first.

Questions

Sound but no picture, or the other way round. We repair these too; the result page shows the length of picture and sound.

The camera opened a new file and the old one is gone. If nothing was recorded on the card since, the old file may still be on it; bring the card to our lab.
