Ne yapmalı?
- SD kart kullanıyorsanız kartı yazma korumasına (WP) alın ve saklayın.
- Kartı kameraya geri takınca kamera onarım önerirse kabul etmeyin; bozuk dosya silinebilir. Önce kartın kopyasını alın.
- MP4 dosyasını sitemize yükleyin.
- Yanında aynı adlı LRV dosyası varsa onu da saklayın.
Bilmeniz gereken
- Görüntü bir yerde donup ses devam ediyorsa, kamera o anda görüntü kaydetmemiştir. Bu onarılamaz.

A GoPro recording does not open or is cut off.
What to do
- If you use an SD card, set its write protection (WP) switch and keep it.
- If the camera offers a repair when the card goes back in, say no; the broken file can be deleted. Copy the card first.
- Upload the MP4 file to our site.
- If there is an LRV file with the same name, keep it too.
Good to know
- If the picture freezes while the sound goes on, the camera did not record the picture then. That cannot be repaired.
