• "Biçimlendir" ya da "tara ve onar" demeyin; pencereyi kapatın.
• SD kart kullanıyorsanız kartı yazma korumasına (WP) alın ve saklayın.
• Kartı başka bir cihaza takmayın.
• Kart ısınıyorsa ya da bilgisayar onu hiç görmüyorsa denemeyi bırakın.

Yapmayın

• Kartı kamerada biçimlendirmeyin.
• Kurtarma programlarını kartın kendisi üzerinde denemeyin; bulunan dosyaları aynı karta kaydetmeyin.

Laboratuvar

• Kartın kendisi üzerinde çalışmayız; önce tam bir kopyasını alırız.
• Bulunan videoları onarır, kayıt tarihleriyle birlikte teslim ederiz.

Sık sorulanlar

Biçimlendirdim, ne olur? Videolar çoğu zaman hâlâ kartta durur. Üzerine yeni kayıt yapılmadıysa şans yüksektir.

Bu iş sitede otomatik yapılır mı? Hayır. Kartın kendisi laboratuvarda incelenir; sitede yalnızca video dosyaları onarılır.

Do this now

• Do not choose "format" or "scan and fix"; close the window.
• If you use an SD card, set its write protection (WP) switch and keep it.
• Do not put the card into another device.
• If the card gets hot or the computer does not see it at all, stop trying.

• Do not format the card in the camera.
• Do not try recovery programs on the card itself; do not save what they find to the same card.

• We never work on the card itself; first we take a full copy.
• We repair the videos we find and hand them over with their recording dates.

Questions

I formatted it, what now? The videos are often still on the card. If nothing new was recorded on it, the chances are good.

Is this done on the site automatically? No. The card itself is examined in the lab; the site repairs video files only.
